WELCOME TO THE 2024 JUNIOR ADAPTIVE SPORTS CAMP REGISTRATION!

Dates: July 22-26, 2024

Locations:

Monday & Tuesday - Crown Point Park, Mission Bay, 3709 Corona Oriente Rd., San Diego, CA 92109

Wednesday - Friday - Miramar College, 10440 Black Mountain Rd., San Diego, CA 92126

Registration fee: $250*

• Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 
• There is a $50 fee for any registered aid that accompanies a camper (no parent or family member).
• To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa or MasterCard information available.  Payment of $250 is due upon completion.*

*We accept Visa, MasterCard, or checking.  If you are not able to pay this fee but wish for your child to attend, please email lindsay@angelcitysports.org before completing the online registration.
